Kati Sheldon
Kati Sheldon is an enthusiastic member of the SERVPRO team, providing excellent customer service as account manager. She holds the IICRC certificaiton in WRT and has 6 years experience in the industry in various roles. She has a degree in Music Business with an emphasis in vocal performance, she can be found playing keys and singing in the McCall concert choir. She enjoys spending time with her family, ALL of the dogs and cultivating her vegetable and flower gardens.
Layton Cunningham
Layton is a Project Manager that has worked at SERVPRO since January, 2017 and is originally from Elko Nevada. Layton's family owns a restoration company in his hometown, so he has grown up enjoying helping people when disaster strikes! He has several years of experience and has the following certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Layton enjoys biking and spending time in the outdoors.
Benjamin Schile
Ben joined SERVPRO of McCall in February of 2023, recently he was promoted to Operations Manager. With previous experience as owner of Gem State Remodels, Ben is eager to help with restoration. He and his wife live in Donnelly and take advantage of the mountain playground they call home. He's been remodleing homes in the Long Valley for over a decade and loves the challenges that the extreme mountain climate provides. When not working you'll find Ben skiing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, hunting, backpacking, mountain biking or soaking in a hot spring!
